“If the Marcoses stole money from the government, how come their time was the golden age of infrastructure?” This was the question historian Al Amano spent months in the deep web trying to answer. After digging through mountains of confidential files and asking several people’s grandparents, he eventually found his answer: aliens.

Amano discovered that extraterrestrial creatures “secretly” visited the Philippines several times between the late 1960s to the early 1980s to construct infrastructure for the Marcos administration.

He and his colleagues’ findings are published in the only-semi-obviously pro-Marcos academic journal The Times of Manila.

Groundbreaking find

The discovery was the result of months of archival, oral history, and archaeological research. Some of Amano’s main sources were pictures of pages from the Marcos family journal posted on Facebook by a neighbor of a friend of the niece of an ex-girlfriend of a gardener who once worked in Malacañang. He ensures that these are authentic documents, having consulted other researchers through popular Marcos-era expert networking platform TikTok.

But according to Texie Vaider, the study’s lead archaeologist, the strongest evidence comes from the residues of alien substances found in the materials used in the buildings. “We took samples of the materials used in the CCP (Cultural Center of the Philippines), [the] San Juanico [bridge], the Lung Center of the Philippines, and the National Kidney and Transplant Institute to see what these were made of, and we found that there were unearthly materials that were unusually heavy and dense, which could have only come from outer space.”

Vaider—whose only qualification is a certificate of participation from a seminar on Machu Pichu but whom Amano believes anyway because she “sounds smart like her genius father”—also points out that the substances found in the samples were the same substances that were also discovered in England’s Stonehenge and in Egypt’s pyramids. She elaborates, “The same aliens that came here thousands of years ago and built the wonders of the world also built the wonders of Macoy (Ferdinand Marcos Sr.). I also verified this on Google. You cannot deny this, so just respect my findings.”

Behind the legend

Why did the aliens return after centuries of absence? Why did they help Marcos create a legacy that bullheaded loyalist-apologists would simp over decades after his death? 

The answer lies in the Marcos family journal.

Apparently, to ensure a long and prosperous presidency for her husband, Imelda Marcos tried to contact spirits of deceased leaders using the ancient magic she discovered from the unearthed Maharlika vault. However, instead of spirits, she attracted extraterrestrial lifeforms who had heard of how the Philippines utilizes cosmic rays for military defense.

Imelda Marcos gave a very thorough seven-hour lecture about how high energy atom fragments which she simply called “cosmic rays” were the cause of technological problems on the planet. According to herself, there was a hole above the country that allowed cosmic rays to protect the Philippines from any military advancement. With her research on cosmic rays along with her knowledge of ancient Maharlika magic, she proposed not only to American scientists but to the aliens as well how she can harness and concentrate the energy from cosmic rays and set up force fields across the Philippines and her allies.

The journal reveals that upon hearing of her plans, the aliens supposedly said, “What a sad, sad place with sad, sad leaders,” and out of pity, decided to build the infrastructure for the Marcoses.

Amano confirms this story, affirming that a group of TikTok researchers have proven it during a conference via Kumu.

So-called ‘ill-gotten wealth’

With that, where is the so-called “stolen wealth” that organizations have repeatedly tied to the Marcos family? Amano explains that the aliens were intrigued by the strips of paper Filipinos used to acquire goods and services; consequently, they chose to take hundreds of thousands of these strips as compensation for their contributions to the country. This turned out to be what Filipinos called “ill-gotten wealth”.

The aliens, however, did take notice of these strips’ importance to the Philippines’ economy and stability, choosing to keep the money in a trust fund after having a crude grasp of the objects’ historical value. Texts and patterns left behind in the various structures built during the Marcos regime suggest that the money will be returned by 2030, a move that will be backed by a revaluation of the already phased out currency should the Marcos regime, or any named successor, remain in power until then.

Additionally, the Marcoses’ critics have also cast suspicion on the wealth that the family has seemingly amassed, especially during the campaign period for the 2022 elections. To this, Amano concludes that the money was siphoned from gold bars sourced from Maharlika’s vault. The ancient city, at least according to early findings, was also built by the same race that visited the country in the 1970s. In a hurry to leave, the aliens sealed the gold in a vault, waiting to be claimed by their heir. However, the historian has claimed that information remains vague and will be revealed in a follow-up documentary to be posted in 20 segments on TikTok.
